1. Reservation Requests (Not a Guaranteed Appointment)
When you submit a reservation request through our website, you are requesting a service window. A reservation request does not guarantee an appointment time or glass availability. We will contact you to confirm service details (vehicle, location, pricing, insurance information, and scheduling). Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from NuGlass by phone, text, or email.
2. Service Area
We currently provide mobile auto glass service across Central Florida counties. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability in every location, but we will do our best to accommodate and will confirm coverage after you submit.
3. Service Windows & Business Hours
Our standard service windows are:
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Business hours:
- Sunday–Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday–Saturday: By appointment only
Time windows are estimates. Actual arrival time depends on workload, travel distance, traffic, weather, and glass availability.
4. Required Information (VIN / Vehicle Details / Policyholder)
To help us confirm glass fitment and insurance eligibility, you agree to provide accurate information. VIN and policyholder name are required when submitting a reservation request whenever available. If a VIN is not available, you must provide accurate year, make, model, and trim.
Providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay service, require rescheduling, or result in additional charges if the wrong part is ordered.
5. Insurance vs. Self-Pay
You may choose self-pay or insurance during the reservation process.
- Insurance claims: If you choose insurance, you may be asked for claim details (including claim number if available), policyholder information, and additional verification required by your insurer. Insurance coverage, deductibles, approvals, and claim outcomes are determined by your insurance provider—not NuGlass.
- Self-pay: If you choose self-pay, we will confirm pricing prior to service.
6. Pricing & Quotes
Any pricing shown or discussed before service is an estimate based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if:
- vehicle details differ from what was submitted,
- additional parts/services are required,
- ADAS recalibration is required (if applicable),
- glass availability or manufacturer pricing changes,
- location/travel requirements change.
We confirm final pricing with you before service is performed.
7. Cancellations, Reschedules, and No-Shows
We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Same-day cancellations / no-shows may be subject to a service fee, especially if glass has been ordered or a technician is already en route.
- If you are not available during the confirmed window, we may need to reschedule.
8. Weather, Safety, and Access
Mobile service requires safe working conditions and reasonable access to the vehicle. We may reschedule due to:
- severe weather,
- unsafe job site conditions,
- restricted access (gated areas without entry, blocked vehicles, etc.).
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate vehicle and contact information,
- ensure the vehicle is accessible at the service location,
- remove valuables near the work area when possible,
- follow post-service instructions provided by NuGlass (including safe drive-away times, if applicable).
10. Communications & Consent (Calls/Text/Email)
By submitting a reservation request, you consent to be contacted by NuGlass via phone call, SMS/text message, and email regarding your request, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
11. Website Use & Content
All website content is provided for general information. We may update site content, service areas, and policies at any time without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuGlass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, reservation requests, scheduling delays, insurer decisions, or service availability. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Privacy
Information you submit (including VIN and insurance details) is used to evaluate service fitment, scheduling, and claim processing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates when they were last updated.
