1. Reservation Requests (Not a Guaranteed Appointment)

When you submit a reservation request through our website, you are requesting a service window. A reservation request does not guarantee an appointment time or glass availability. We will contact you to confirm service details (vehicle, location, pricing, insurance information, and scheduling). Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from NuGlass by phone, text, or email.

2. Service Area

We currently provide mobile auto glass service across Central Florida counties. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee availability in every location, but we will do our best to accommodate and will confirm coverage after you submit.

Time windows are estimates. Actual arrival time depends on workload, travel distance, traffic, weather, and glass availability.

4. Required Information (VIN / Vehicle Details / Policyholder)

To help us confirm glass fitment and insurance eligibility, you agree to provide accurate information. VIN and policyholder name are required when submitting a reservation request whenever available. If a VIN is not available, you must provide accurate year, make, model, and trim.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay service, require rescheduling, or result in additional charges if the wrong part is ordered.

5. Insurance vs. Self-Pay

You may choose self-pay or insurance during the reservation process.

Any pricing shown or discussed before service is an estimate based on the information provided. Final pricing may change if:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuGlass is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, reservation requests, scheduling delays, insurer decisions, or service availability. Our total liability for any claim related to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
